Balmain Terrace I

2014 - 2016

The previously renovated sandstone shopfront dwelling had little connection to its outdoor space and therefore felt cold, dark and enclosed.  A new kitchen, bathroom and level one bedroom were added to the rear. Care was taken to reveal the beautiful 1850’s sandstone walls and reinstate former shopfront openings. The result is light filled, warm and spacious.
